You retain ownership of any content you post or promote on Thibbatu. By using the platform, you grant Thibbatu a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform to facilitate engagement and interactions. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to any content you post.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Thibbatu does not guarantee specific engagement results, earnings, or content reach. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Thibbatu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for actions of other users or third-party platforms.

6. Payment & Rewards

Rewards and earnings through Thibbatu are subject to verification and platform policies. Thibbatu may adjust, delay, or withhold payments if there is suspicion of fraud or policy violations. You understand that rewards may fluctuate based on engagement metrics and platform performance.
